When you submit the form, we process your full name, date of birth, email address or WhatsApp/phone number, expected visit date, age confirmation, submission time and limited technical information for abuse prevention. No identity document or copy is uploaded through this website.
We use this information to review and answer your request before a possible visit. Submitting the form does not create or confirm membership. Registration and inspection of original identification take place in person.
Recipients and service providers
Cloudflare delivers this website and provides Turnstile verification against abuse. Resend delivers the request and, when an email address is supplied, an automatic acknowledgement. Authorised club personnel receive and handle requests in Google Gmail. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area; the applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards govern such processing.
Storage
This website has no separate database of membership requests. Requests are handled in the club’s email system. The retention policy is deletion 90 days after the enquiry is closed. Club personnel carry out this deletion; the website does not automatically delete messages from Gmail. Any records needed for a subsequent membership are handled separately.
The interactive Google map loads only after you activate it. Google may then receive your IP address and browser information. You can instead use the external Google Maps link.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The DAY/NIGHT preference is stored in sessionStorage for the current browser session. Turnstile processes technical signals to protect the form against abuse.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact the controller using the details above.
